@BarrenPlanet @init_6_ It's Arch, so just as big a hassle as Kali. I usually go with Pentoo if I need something more persistent than a one-off liveboot/VM.

@AMS @init_6_ I think this is the basic paradox with pentesting systems, because the need for under-the-hood tools, and usability - like boss, you're giving me an hour to figure this out?! - are at fundamental odds.If this paradox was ever solved, both industries would die.

@BarrenPlanet @init_6_ Mostly I just can't wrap my brain around potteringware and thus consign it to the same "eventually it just breaks" place that windows goes. Perfectly fine for a single-use ball of knives but not maintainable.
