       WTF I just discovered that notifications to the owner of #Github forks are disabled by default! I know that “forks” on github are mostly used for contributing upstream and not… well… for forking, but this made me miss notifications on actual forks!

       This also explains why owners of active forks of dead projects aren’t replying to my PRs
