       @textfiles This is brilliant. I remember picking up one of these tomes every few months. You got the impression things were moving fast from "normal" PC mags but then you see the same machine advertised for six or eight months, it goes from being the fastest to the slowest, and the price drops 50%. That's when you knew the tipping point had been reached.
