       @QasimRashid One of the things I would add to this is that women are socialized to do work that is not measured using financial metrics. It means that many women are actually even more productive than even the discrepancy in pay would suggest!

       @dave31175 @QasimRashid No, but it doesn't matter. Women are discriminated against when it comes to getting an "identical job".There are a few places where women are gaining financial power. It will be another generation or two before their wealth catches up with their income.
