       I found this article by a Tennessee obstetrician persuasive. She argues that to fight criminalizing anti-abortion bills pro-choice advocates should really consider supporting specific state compromises responding to new state bans that allow doctors to safely treat more women. So far, they don’t want to compromise. But, “For the foreseeable future, this is a state [not federal] issue,” she writes.
