       The return of sunlight ☀️has made my mood 100% more positive lately - and I wouldn’t even consider myself as particularly sensitive to the seasons. (I’m the first to say I actually love the dark nights!)

       @purplelime you’re right! And weirdly, snowy days are often the brightest (which sounds like Buddhist quote ha!) but I feel like without any snow this winter (except for last week), it’s just been one dull, dark “meh” of a winter.

       @nickycolman I’m the total opposite in terms of sensitivity. The days are getting shorter here and I am already starting to feel a downshift in mood.I think I was meant to live much closer to the equator

       @nickycolman oh yeah definitely. Without a commute or needing to go get lunch, the last few winters there were stretches where I would just forget to go outside at all.Hoping that since I am back to working out (and I am just not as burnt out generally) this year will be slightly less impactful
