       Anyone else run into this? Windows just completely stops detecting the card every once and awhile, resulting in having to hard reboot several times while I whisper incantations and burn sage

       It literally just says it's "not present" even though it clearly detected it. I assure you it's installed correctly

       @stanford @d_micollet Pretty sure this isn't the case as it's a PCIe card in a desktop, AFAIK there isn't any switch that would do that

       @aendra @stanford Is there a concept of "plane mode" for a desktop with Windows Os ?(I only use linux and it is possible to switch off a wifi device by software even on a desktop computer)

       @d_micollet As far as I know, Windows has that feature, basically the same it uses for laptops.But somehow remember it shows a different status, when it is enabled
