@NothingtoChere The hallmark of bullshit:"integrative medicine practitioner"Whatever the fuck happened to "doctor".Vitamin D in excess can have serious consequences leading to death if not taken together with other medicines to combat its side effects.

@Debradelai I only see board certified medical doctors. No body rattled your chain and until you have earned your medical degree and have been in public practice for 40 years and are qualified to evaluate bloodwork don’t bother me.

@Debradelai I think that we both know that science is an ever evolving thing and it matters who funds the research. I am not interested in what you know, because you are not my doctor.

@NothingtoChere And we don't give a flying fuck about your idiocies, because (in your words) you are not our doctor. Now, let me give you a prescription. Do not tag me again. You are already 30 seconds over the idiot limit.

@Debradelai @NothingtoChere I am not a doctor nor would I play one on TV but I do take D3 daily with Vitamin K2 MK4. 5,000 mg D3 with the100mcg K2. Plus Magnesium 100 mg. I am days from being 71 and this routine has saved me on energy, breathing free and muscle cramps in a huge way. Thats what I know personally. My Doctor tests people for D3 deficiency. He told me most Americans are severely deficient in D3.

@Kellzilla That is true (that vitamin D deficiency is common) even in FL, sunshine state or not.5,000 is not 60,000, however.Still it is a matter between you and your doctor. What's good for the goose maby wrong for the gander. In any case, my comment originally had nothing to do with any vitamin but with bullshit nouns.

@Debradelai @NothingtoChere I was taking 50,000 a week and had to stop. My Vit D level was too high according to my endocrinologist!! I guess you can have too much of a good thing
