@Debradelai @NothingtoChere I am not a doctor nor would I play one on TV but I do take D3 daily with Vitamin K2 MK4. 5,000 mg D3 with the100mcg K2. Plus Magnesium 100 mg. I am days from being 71 and this routine has saved me on energy, breathing free and muscle cramps in a huge way. Thats what I know personally. My Doctor tests people for D3 deficiency. He told me most Americans are severely deficient in D3.

@Debradelai Oh the megga doses of D scare me. First bottle I got was 50,000...once a week it says. I never took one. researched alot about this and found 5,000 was good for me. You are a good egg Saul. Its why keep coming back. Thank you
