       Issues which concern me and the UK feminists I know. Domestic violence and murders. Stalking. Police failures to believe/prosecute sexual assault. Doctors who ignore women's pain /symptoms. Sexism in the media. DWP failures to secure child maintenance for single mothers. Lack of legal aid for divorce. Costs of childcare. The gender pay gap. The glass ceiling.  Pension inequality and poverty for retired women. Lots more.Issues where we're fine. Trans rights, and respect for trans people.

       @JulietEMcKenna We have got to build a better and fairer society.  What we have so far is just failing,  I don't have answers, I just hope that somehow fediverse can help.Hence I would support people of any gender / race etc to post what they do, if they own a small business then lets find a way to allow them to thrive on here,  if you work in science and post opportunities, or want to study science and take up those opportunities lets see if we can find a way to facilitate that.The posting of photos here is a good example of how communities can bring people together.As I said I don't have the answers, but I am confident we can sideline mainstream and be successful here.As for the DWP, they are a bunch of ******'*. please replace the *'s with what ever you want.  Lets build something better, I want equality as it brings in a diverse way of doing things, different viewpoints and angles on problems,   having women break through that glass celing so the top is more representitive is a good thingPaul
