       @mitchmarq42xyz given how divided the responses are between using #commonLisp and using #scheme, looks like using elisp is the only solution, hehe.

       @mitchmarq42xyz Emacs should have be written and using Common Lisp, if only to comply with the GNU manifesto, and it should be multi-threaded/thread-safe?
