       We enter another trial day and I must say: yesterday struck me as one of the more damning days for Proud Boys and one of the more successful ones for prosecutors.        Prosecutors say that about 2 dozen non-defendant associates and/or members of the Proud Boys were utilized as blunt “tools” by PBs on 1/6 to help them pull off the scheme to stop Congress from certifying the 2020 election. Judge Kelly has already approved the tools theory and on Tuesday, he agreed to admit significant evidence collected by the prosecution involving several of these so-called "tools" that Proud Boy defendants allegedly relied on for Jan. 6.

       So, in light of this, what was so striking about what came out yesterday?Well, for the first time I can recall, jurors saw evidence that appeared to clearly indicate just how organized Proud Boys were on 1/6 and how they seemed to perfectly understand the positioning of their forces:

       Another key moment - jurors saw footage from the Peace Circle yesterday both before and after Proud Boys arrived there on the morning of the 6th. Arguably, and as the videotape shows, the crowd was pretty calm there. Until Proud Boys showed up. And then the dynamic shifted.
