       I feel like 75% of my job is to keep track of who’s not doing their jobs and poking them over and over again. I should be deploying infrastructure, but it seems I’m mostly dreaming of deploying infrastructure

       @kamme That's a big red flag for me in my job, when I spend more time in meetings about the work or following up if other people have done the work versus doing the work myself, it's really draining for my motivation and I try to grab back some things where possible. Sometimes it's just one of those days/weeks and it gets better as projects come and go.
