       Hi! We are looking for a #NixOS #DevOps engineer to join our team at https://selfprivacy.org.We are developing open source software that allows you to easily deploy your own self-hosted services. We are an international and completely open project.Responsibilities: - Maintain our small fleet of NixOS servers. They host our internal services, CI/CD and repositories.- Maintain Drone pipelines for our Flutter app, websites and python API.- Develop integration tests that automatically deploy the server and test that all services are working correctly.- Improve our NixOS configuration for client servers.- Hardening the security of both internal and clients' servers.- Update internal documentation.Will be a plus:- Interest in FOSS and Fediverse.- Knowledge of NixOS flakes.- Experience of contributing to nixpkgs.- Technical writing skills.- Some experience with Podman/Docker, only used in CI pipelines.- Some experience with Grafana Loki, setting up alerts.- Experience of maintaining any of these: Weblate, Gitea, SonarQube, Matrix Synapse, Mastodon, Email servers.We do NixOS almost exclusively. Do not except to work with Docker-related DevOps stacks.Completely remote.        @inexcode this appeals to a lot of my interests. I’ve just left a 4 year stint as a documentation engineer at Protocol Labs, where I wrote a lot of English and a bit of TypeScript & Go.
