       @kx885 Yep, same here. I have the Yaesu FT3D with local repeaters programmed, but I need to keep them updated. The repeater I was using with my dad shut down. And he died. I need to keep monitoring and chat up the locals.

       @MeisterChitChat @kx885 I felt the same way in middle school, the material is f-ing boring and I'm actually really good at math, physics, etc. I had an excuse back then, learning Morse code is hard. These days, all you need to do is memorize the questions/answers, which you can probably do in an hour. The FCC website is more challenging than the test LOL, which Adam & @Johncdvorak joked about on previous shows.
