       @thenewoil interesting site but the HM Customs UK site does allow special characters but every other criticism is accurate in my experience

       @thenewoil Fun fact that some of them by disallowing some special character are basically telling that their form may be vulnerable to SQL injection xD

       @thenewoil cannot say for sure it's the case, but in many case simply block the js of the website, and manually push a request to the API can bypass it so it fix nothing at the end of the day.But if i play satan's laywer it may just be a stupid security choice ... but i've seen too much dev simply banning what pose a problem instead of fixing it.
