@AvenSarah Yes! Thanks for asking. I used Descript to make the video for my last episode, and it worked fine.It did a weird thing where my password suddenly didn't work, and when I reset it, then everything worked fine.I do love that program. It's head and shoulders better than what I was using before.

@grammargirl Glad to hear it! I've just started a new episode, and I don't know if it's something about the guest or what, but I swear the transcription is notably better than it was even on last month's episode (& it was already really good). So I'm glad it's not suddenly crapping out on us!

@AvenSarah Oh, that's interesting! I find their transcription to be the worst of all the services I've tried. I just find the video editing to be dramatically better.Whisper is by far the best I've used for transcription. https://goodsnooze.gumroad.com/l/macwhisper

@AvenSarah That *is* funny! I love being able to edit the video and audio using the text. It saves so much time! But then I use the finished audio to make a better auto-generated transcript (which I then edit anyway).
