@EboMike Agreed. Having a good work/life balance is a must. Nobody should be sleeping in their office and/or at work. It's ridiculous!

@compuguy @EboMike I always give it a 100%, I don't do it for the employer but rather for myself, I take pride in my workI pulled 20+ hours many times when there were important deadlines, not a single time have I ever needed to sleep at the office, it's counter productive. You are much better off going home to sleep, rest and see your familyPulling the sleeping bag is a stunt to show the boss that you care, not to get things done. I have no respect for someone who does that.

@EboMike I feel so fortunate to be employed by a company that encourages a healthy work-life balance. Nobody is ever made to feel guilty about putting their family or health (physical and mental) first.
