@wjmaggos I agree that people are different and I want to understand them...... but trolls are not the kind of people I should waste my time to understand, they are there just to waste your timeFake name, fake photos and a first hint of a troll argument gets a block from me

@compuguy @EboMike I always give it a 100%, I don't do it for the employer but rather for myself, I take pride in my workI pulled 20+ hours many times when there were important deadlines, not a single time have I ever needed to sleep at the office, it's counter productive. You are much better off going home to sleep, rest and see your familyPulling the sleeping bag is a stunt to show the boss that you care, not to get things done. I have no respect for someone who does that.

@atomicpoet @kissaneWhile it's true that Bluesky hasn't federated yet, their implementation is better:1. Your ID doesn't change (I know you already know this with your DID toot the other day)2. Account portability is not limited to followers, and doesn't require your source server to be up and runningI hope Mastodon can fix those two things (the first is not easy to fix), but perhaps we can extend ActivityPub to support this, or even better, have an Atprotocol and ActivityPub be compatible
