This is my post to announce that the work I started at #Microsoft is soon going to start to appear in the product. Pretty much brought pronouns to #Microsoft365 user profiles. 🆗https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/creating-conditions-inclusion-introducing-pronouns-365-kuppusamyThanks for everyone that worked long, hard, and passionately on this project. 🙏 You know who you are. 😘

@matt oh that's fantastic. To date, I've just had it in my Outlook sig.

@mattHuh. I was sure I already put that in Teams? I did put it somewhere at work. Maybe it was in Workplace.

@matt Awesome! 🥰 Just want to highlight that unfortunately, the Dutch forms seem to be utilising the literal English translation of 'they/their' which *will* be confusing to Dutchies, as our plural form overlaps with the female form and is not suitable for this. In Dutch we are gravitating to the use of 'die/diens' instead as it removes all grammatical ambiguity. More info (in Dutch unfortunately) at ANP. We're following these rules in our work at Local Heroes as well.https://www.anp.nl/blog/198/anp-genderneutrale-voornaamwoorden
