One of my criticisms of Picard the series is that Picard has not really been himself - part of that is he's older and gone through a lot, but some of the "spark" of the character just wasn't there. The scene between Jack and Picard in the brig is the first time in the new series where I really felt like yes, that's Jean-Luc Picard. Season 3 so far has been the show we were hoping for - hope it stays that way!#StarTrek #Picard

@jayreding agreed. It’s the closest you get to the TNG Picard using his brain and amazing resources around him to make the right decision. TNG is more story driven. We’re watching and action version of Gilmore Girls. No time to show the Picard we love.
