@nickycolman Sorry to hear that! If heat helps, hot water bottles and/or electronic heat pad are great (they’re my go-to right now)And rest. Be careful if you’re on painkillers, it can reduce your sensitivity to extreme temperature and you could burn without realising. ❤️

@LDJ Thanks! Thankfully, my green credentials [read: tight arse] means I’ve capped my boiler so it can only put out a certain temperature. I also have an incredible sense of smell so if started to smell boiling pork, I would have clocked it was me! 😂
