@empiricism They don't give a toss about anything climate related, the only way to stop them is going to have to be boycott or a massive civil lawsuit from the population.

@zleapAgreed! honest government & laws could regulate against their propaganda ("greenwash") & harmful products. Every thing that the fuel industries is and does need's replacing (e.g., honest business, renewables)

@zleapWe need voters to be more "vocal" on these issues. There is a "catch 22" problem. If voters don't, for example, understand basic chemistry, they don't understand the issues. Or, if voters don't trust the science, they don't understand where the predominant social problems reside (corrupt industries. E.g., greenwash) You'd think it would be obvious. But, greenwash, etc, is propaganda ("brainwashed").

But, greenwash, etc, is propaganda ("brainwashed").Though, the word "brainwashed" has many incorrect social ideologies attached to it. Deceived is more specific. For example, in general, you can't greenwash air pollution scientists. Though, a corrupt industry may pay off a few fake "scientists" to tell lies (for money)
