       @babelcarp @fourlarks3d @tea At first glance, it looks unlikely,  but in reality (especially if a tea tree was trimmed at the top, which happens even in forests), it could be closer to the tip than one expects.I took a few pictures from Sergey Shevelev's book, which relate to the large leaf trees in Yunnan.

       @nomadbynature @babelcarp @fourlarks3d @tea Most likely no, too niche and too not academic to be available anywhere else except Moychay.I ordered it from their russian site, right before the invasion happened.You may try to reach Moychay's shop in Netherland and buy from them.

       @nomadbynature @babelcarp @fourlarks3d @tea I thought about it, just didn't expect too much interest :) Also, I was distracted at about a half of the book.In general - it a lots of photos, some are Shevelev posing at different locations, and texts that are combination of stats of different nature, local legends, authors observations and experience. English text sometimes shows it was obviously wrongly translated and not edited out.
