After 4 hours of #HogwartsLegacy I can say there are some legitimate technical issues that may make you want to avoid it/wait for a sale. 1. It's a little bit crash happy, many times a fast travel kills the game2. Menus are annoyingly slow, with really long transitions.

3. If you're in the area of a quest your character will not shut up about it.4. Denuvo5. Both dialogue and lip synching is a touch off in places leading to really awkward conversations.But once that first issue is dealt with the rest are just minor problems

@theorytoe I think the controversy led to more sales for sure but if you've not been to the normie side of Youtube where the Harry Potter fans live I recommend it. Most people don't even care about anything JK Rowling has said, it's never a point of conversation

@BrodieOnLinux fair assesment, I havent been too invloved with any new game drama/releases since Im still trying to make it through my backlog ofnold games I want to play.So my opinion is purely what ive seen floating around

@BrodieOnLinuxI had it crash on me on our PS5 for the first time yesterday. Strangely, after the first patch update had applied. Not had a problem before that.The paint is still a bit wet just yet, it's only been a couple of weeks. May take a couple of patch updates to settle down.@svindsy
