       @gabriel @jeff You just made the perfect post for me to demonstrate Soapbox's Content Spoiler! On the left is the post before opening it up, and on the right is the post after it's been opened up. The latter was taken on my own instance, which has Soapbox as an alternate frontend.The new sensitive spoiler is designed to be like an image spoiler, but it applies to the whole post, even without images, and it doesn't collapse. This type of spoiler is even being tried in the official Mastodon app. What do you think of it?

       @james @gabriel @jeff It’s terrible.It’s text, not an image.The prompt text shouldn’t move when opening the payload—all that should happen is, upon opening, you see the message contents below the prompt and the prompt has no need to change.You don’t have to imagine the constant disappointment of opening up the NSFW image only to find an innocuous sentence, you just have to use Soapbox.

       @epic @gabriel @jeff Even posts that don't have NSFW images get marked sensitive because of an MRF setting! And if you try to CW a post so it can be collapsed, on Soapbox it just blurs the image but it still takes up timeline space!That's why on my personal instance, I keep Soapbox as an alternative frontend, but I still use Pleroma-FE. And I can switch between both depending on the mood I'm in.
