@mjk_4mjk At some point, other states should be involved in that decision-making since a burn impacts Pennsylvania and elsewhere. These types of disasters, honestly, should be handled nationally since if the fallout of something in Ohio impacts Canada that international-level crisis is best handled at a national level.
