       For folks that don't know: an ERG stands for an Employee Resource Group, which is an employee-led group around a specific topic that helps run events, shape company policy, and help inform business initiatives based on that topic.The one I'm a chair of is a queer-focused one, so we advocate for LGBTQIA2S+ issues in my company.Besides that, I figured I'd make another introduction post to reword some things and include some other hobbies of mine :D
