       @killyourfm I was on the Standard tier for 9.99 so they bumped me to Premium automatically. I switched back to get a lower price but I'm sure a lot of people won't bother.

       @killyourfm @aukondk not really, its a "spoonful of sugar" scenario. it's mostly about cutting costs. The new tiers limit video quality and device sharing - any reduction in price is more than offset by their savings.Full tier differences here:https://help.netflix.com/en/node/24926

       @killyourfm Of all the streamers I'm subbed to, Netflix is the one I would drop first. The only reasons I'm not is 'cos my daughter is hooked on a few shows and I might start binge watching Star Trek soon. Sky Showtime launched recently and that has some Paramount+ stuff so all Trek might move over there eventually.
