@killyourfm As a Dad of 2 I'm using the extra holiday day to get ahead on the household chores while the wife is out shopping. I have a new set of my favourite audio drama to keep me company though (Star Cops from Big Finish Productions)

@killyourfm I had a quick look at the theme (Miniva) and it looks like /inc/template-tags.php has the code which writes the tag spans.It will be overwritten if you update the theme mind so make a note of it or make a child theme.

@killyourfm My 10yo daughter just got into collecting vinyl. I was a bit skeptical but when we went to get some for her I also picked up "Dark side of the Moon" for myself. After that I started feeling the itch to collect all my favourite albums and I could see myself buying new releases too, especially if they can now do things like zoetropes on them.

@Faz @killyourfm Oh wow! I used to listen to this a lot but must have misplaced it and it wasn't streaming. Now I check and it's on Deezer.For another Pink Floyd album done in a totally different style try to find Rebuild the Wall by Luther Wright and the Wrongs. It's Bluegrass and amazing. Goodbye Blue Sky is done as a hoedown.

@osi The college where I work self-hosted this and I was tasked with exporting the recordings to regular video. I contributed a bit to these scripts https://github.com/plugorgau/bbb-render and made my first pull request, rendering the cursor as a red dot.Rendering the vectors as frames took ages. There was one teacher who wrote everything out with a tablet and it took days to render out each video.

@killyourfm The other day I was looking for Parental control apps for Android. One of the top results was a top ten parental control apps page. Number 1 was Airdroid Parental Control and the page was on the Airdroid website.I was so stunned I just gave up looking there and then.

@killyourfm I was on the Standard tier for 9.99 so they bumped me to Premium automatically. I switched back to get a lower price but I'm sure a lot of people won't bother.

@killyourfm Of all the streamers I'm subbed to, Netflix is the one I would drop first. The only reasons I'm not is 'cos my daughter is hooked on a few shows and I might start binge watching Star Trek soon. Sky Showtime launched recently and that has some Paramount+ stuff so all Trek might move over there eventually.

@killyourfm I went into Müller the other day and found they have a basket of vinyl. My 5yo boy is mad for Micheal Jackson right now and insisted we buy Thriller. There were 3 versions, all the same price. I argued we get the picture disk as that's pretty cool but no, he insisted on the 40th anniversary edition which just seems to have a different cover picture.Thankfully my daughter wasn't with me or she would have snapped up all the Bowie, Queen and Black Sabbath #hipsterProblems

@gamingonlinux Looks cool but I've just noticed a worrying trend. One of my browser plugins highlights when a game is excluded from the Family Sharing service and this is the 4th I've seen in the last day or so. It used to be the odd AAA release but now it's a bunch of smaller indie games.As a Dad with 2 kids starting to get into regular gaming the new version of the family sharing on Steam has been wonderful but it will be seriously kneecapped if Devs are seeing it as a bad thing for them
