       Don’t know if I should feel validated or insulted. My watch notified me that it looked like I was working out and opened the tracker. I was putting a duvet cover on a comforter.

       @RebeccaSlatkin Duvets make me wonder if everything I learned about topology is a lie. I put the comforter inside the cover and it ends up outside. A Klein bottle can’t exist in 3D space, but duvet covers defy that.

       @pdkoenig @RebeccaSlatkin the way I put on a duvet cover is by laying the cover, inside out, on top of the duvet and tying the corners on, then rolling it up starting from the closed end, then, like, wrapping the open end around the rolled up thing, and then just unrolling itit works perfectly but my brain is just not capable of understanding what's happening topologically. somehow the cover ends up right-side out and on the duvet but I cannot for the life of my understand the intermediate stageseven just trying to explain has sort of twisted my brain
