       #Today...has been peculiar. This year, I made a commitment to get a massage every two weeks. Today, about half an hour before I was supposed to leave for the massage, I realized that the last two weeks left me so friggin GRUMPY that the last thing I wanted was for someone to touch me for 90 minutes. Don't touch me, don't talk to me, don't even look at me. Hrumph.So I ate the cancellation fee and have stayed home, packing boxes. It's working. I feel better. Self care comes in many forms.
