       @clive Crazy thing is that music would be a *welcome* improvement over the garbage one hears on many on-hold phone systems when calling tech support. Still would love to know who decided that customers listening to a 30-sec loop of barely-legible muzak that sounds like a weak, staticky FM station broadcasting 150 miles beyond the horizon, was a good idea. (Looking at you, Tesla.)

       @brianstorms yeah, the quality of hold music at nearly every corporation is just astonishingly low these days. And that’s weird, right? It’s never been easier digitally serve up good music — including, I’d note, full length songs, not glitchy 30-second repeating loops
