       @Dbregernyc @drfunkybutt There was an Irish comedian who said he specialised in the "delayed reaction joke", which (he explained) was a punchline it took the audience some time to process, so that the laughs were always out-of-sync with the material, and there were lots of awkward silences while he waited for the jokes to land.Needless to say, I can't remember his name. 😆
