       Wintery dead fall collects in the tight curves of the Lower Rouge River, as seen at sunrise last week.This river never freezes, due to Ypsilanti's waste water treatment plant discharge upstream.Climate change is causing more (and more intense) rainstorms, which means untreated/partially treated sewage will enter this river more frequently.
