       @TedUnderwood I'd suppose it will soon be integrated into all of MSFTs products. Wouldn't ChatGPT make sense throughout their productivity app franchise (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)?

       The thing that’s weird enough here to make me wonder if it might be true after all: “responds much faster.” Lighter weight is not the direction most ppl were expecting. But if it were true then … yeah … you’d expect product integration.

       @Jonathanglick There’s been talk about integrating it in Word, but it doesn’t seem like next six months to me. They’re still struggling to provide enough GPUs. And expectations have to be scoped right. But all that said: yes, some kind of “get me rewrite” function seems natural!

       @TedUnderwood Honestly, if Microsoft can productize this in the slightest, they should rebrand Bing into some sexy not-Bing "AI Knowledge Engine" thing and go on a year-long marketing blitz against Google. It doesn't even have to be that novel of a GPT bolt-on.
