       Dipping my toes into the world of PuErh for the first time today with Juice Journo - a 2021 raw PuErh. Really wasn't expecting such a strong syrupy sweet smell from the leaves after the first few infusions, which gradually subsided to a more complex flavour.Got me excited for continuing my journey with PuErh tea! @tea

       In all the excitement I forgot to say that I also achieved my first dribble free gaiwan pour!(Sadly cancelled out by pouring tea over my finger the previous time, but at least I'm getting better).
