Dipping my toes into the world of PuErh for the first time today with Juice Journo - a 2021 raw PuErh. Really wasn't expecting such a strong syrupy sweet smell from the leaves after the first few infusions, which gradually subsided to a more complex flavour.Got me excited for continuing my journey with PuErh tea! @tea

In all the excitement I forgot to say that I also achieved my first dribble free gaiwan pour!(Sadly cancelled out by pouring tea over my finger the previous time, but at least I'm getting better).

@benjaminhollon @RL_Dane you can certainly get decent views with an 80mm refractor, but you probably want one with a reasonable focal length (F/8 or greater) rather than a short wide field version. My 127mm Maksutov Cassegrain also gives great planetary views and has a bigger aperture yet is still very compact.Mainly though you need a nice solid, stable mount for it if you want to see any detail.

@RL_Dane @benjaminhollon everyone has their favourite types of mount. Personally I like my simple altaz mount as it requires no fiddly polar alignment.

@whynothugo interesting article, thanks. Only really used Alpine through docker so far, and it's great for building minimal images, but it's looking more and more interesting as a "main" distro now.

@benjaminhollon tar czf - --remove-files sea > /dev/nullEverything is a file in Linux, including the sea, so just archive it to dev null and then you can walk back to the mainland. Simples!

Been lucky enough to visit the local park pretty much each week this year. Last week was definitely peak #bluebell season there!#Darktable #Photography #Florespondence (Nikon D750, Nikon AF-P 70-300mm lens)
