       Hello Fediverse!I'm very excited to be offering a few precious things, which I wonder if some of you may find helpful, relevant, supportive, nurturing, useful:- Empathic listening, empathy practice- Listening, transforming and healing for anger, shame, guilt- Support in figuring out your vision, purpose, goals, and bringing them to reality in a way that's within your capacity, taking into account strengths and limitations- Mediation and conflict engagement, in personal and organizational situations- Working with transforming patriarchal conditioning, deep wounds, beliefs, behavior patterns that bring us pain and block us from addressing needs and achieving purpose- Human centered nonviolent power-with-people organizational systems, (or: how to work together, including within your Free Software project)- Making effective collaborative decisions that everyone can wholeheartedly embrace- So much more... ^_^Why:- I believe in a world that works for all- Bringing these things to people is directly tied to my vision and purpose- I enjoy giving in these ways <3- I really really wish to gain more experience in these things- I deeply care about the Fediverse, Free Software, Free Culture, power differences, bridging gaps between people & groupsBoost to help me reach people? <3
