       For #FossilFriday - Who says early Paleocene mammals were small? Three mammals jaws from the lower Paleocene Nacimiento Formation of New Mexico (from top to bottom); Eoconodon coryphaeus (a Puercan triisodontid), Triisodon quivirensis (a Torrejonian triisodontid), and Ankalagon saurognathus (a Torrejonian mesonychid), next to a skull of a gray wolf (Canis lupus).
