       I recently did a two-week news and social media fast. I think I need to make the news fast permanent and implement a lot more Mastodon filters.

       @dallin Though I catch a lot of what's happening as I scan social media I realize that most of what is posted is opinion, and therefore worthless to me. The actual news I stopped watching probably 15 years ago for multiple reasons. And I've never been sorry. I doubt that you will be, either :).
