Is anyone else having issues signing into the website for mstdn.social? @stux, is it not possible to be signed in on the app and also on the website? I’m getting the “invalid email or password” message on the website. Just wondering if anyone else is, and I still need to figure out direct messages here, too.

@stux Absolutely! And I just updated my password yesterday, through the “forgot my password” feature, to make sure it was recognizing my email. (I also keep that info in my offline password management app, so I double check always.)

@stux Correct credentials, had reset the password yesterday from the forgot password function (worked for logging back into the apps—I have Mastodon for iPhone and Tooot), but get that error message on both the Vivaldi and Firefox browsers if I try to log into the instance’s website/webpage. Just so you know I wasn’t using Safari or Tor. Not critical to login there; I’m 99% app user for the FediVerse.
