       @begsby Makes me wonder if this is one of those shadow projects that actually do something other than what they say they intend to do. Not covert stuff. Just umbrella things like, "Well we want to (fund/spend time on) this <random thing> but what she would classify it as?" "Oh just put it under Titan."

       @tkenben yeah something like a open source air defense or just prevent people not used to the internet making one rational thought. and dont get me wrong, i love ufos but they are just like world peace. Which just can't exist.
