       2/ Zahawi’s lawyers, Osborne Clarke,threatened to pursue a libel action @DanNeidle if he did not restrict his allegations of tax avoidance, and what also looked likely to be tax evasion.        3/ But that still means that Zahawi, who has held several ministerial rôles, including Chancellor of the Exchequer diddled the taxpayer out of several million £ tax.Paying tax is for the little people.Did this stop Sunak appointing him as Minister Without Portfolio or the Tories appointing him as Chairman of the Tory Party?        4/ Those appointments were on 22 October 2022, well after Neidle exposed the diddle.Sunak has been Chancellor too and well versed in tax affairs.
