@ocean it gives good results, it's fast because there's no ads, and it lets you do stuff like alter your rank for specific websites, or filter result urls (the example is forcing old.reddit.com)but it's also run by total shitheels

@ocean Really? Usually it has something to do with the Russian censorship problem or the now fixed Bing trackers problem. I'm glad to hear the hate has not spread because all of DuckDuckGo's products are crucial for newcomers to the world of private web browsing.

@ocean I actually don't have a device! I use a portable web browser for Windows running Firefox. I'll switch to the DuckDuckGo browser once it's released.

@ocean DDG, but I'm an avid user of !bangs, so I'm not above doing a !b, !s, or the like (I try my damnest to avoid Google where I can), but generally I'm just using !bangs (or keywords/search engines) for the site or feature I have an idea I want to search.
