@unlofl Mastodon is not a twitter replacement, it never was supposed to be. Mastdon is a self hosted social network where when you setup a "server" (Instance), you are connected to everyone. This prevents someone (like elon musk) from taking it over, because he would have to buy every single instance, and I know I would never sell mine.

I don’t fucking care what the WHO or CDC says. Covid is still going around, just this week people I know tested positive. Now I fucking hope I don’t.
