       @neildarlow: Sometimes I just give up. TBH, he could have run the cable on his own, he just wanted hand-holding for some strange reason.

       @dick_turpin I suppose oldies like us received different training and gaining confidence was part of it.I recall my managers sending me out, on my own, to do jobs they didn't want to do. I (we?) just took it in our stride.We should consider that youngsters don't get this sort of training these days and hand-holding is a consequence. Not necessarily their fault though.
