       At the end of every year, I write a thread on social media about upcoming anniversaries in the next year. The goal is just to entertain people and maybe learn something new along the way.Of course, there are MANY, many such anniversaries - I only mention a handful that I find interesting, mostly related to #tech.It's probably not an original idea, and other people probably do it better, but it's always fun for me.        In 2023, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be 10 years old. Wordpress and Steam will be 20 years old. The Wired magazine will celebrate 30 years of existence, and it will be 50 years since "The Dark Side of the Moon" by Pink Floyd was released.It will also be 10 years since Yahoo! bought Tumblr for $1.1 billion and 30 years since the first release of the Mosaic browser.

       In 2023, we can celebrate 40 years since Apple released the Lisa computer, and 50 years since the first handheld cellular phone call. In 2023, #Mozilla Foundation and #Wikimedia Foundation will celebrate 20 years 🥳#Slackware will be 30 years old, and it will be 10 years since the first #React release. Puppy Linux, PCLinuxOS and #Fedora will all celebrate 20 years since their first release. Congratulations! 🐧

       In 2023, you can watch "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" 20 times, once for every year of its age. "Schindler's List", "Philadelphia" and "The Fugitive" will all be 30 years old. And believe it or not, "Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi" will be 40 years old.

       To end this with a song or two, "Hey Ya!" and "Seven Nation Army" will both be 20 years old in 2023. Not trying to hurt you with this fact, but "What Is Love" will be 30 years old. Finally, in 2023 it will be 40 years since "Billie Jean" came out.
