@leo I’ve cooked several black/gold SRF briskets. It will cook relatively fast for its size. Make sure to get a good render of the fat, and give it LOTs of time to rest for best results.

@leo Why was your image sensitive content? Someone vegan or vegetarian would get hurt feelings if they saw it? I get hurt feelings when I see litter on the street but I get over it.
