       So I sent a War & Peace email to the guy that was screaming at us because his registrar had changed the NAMESERVER on his Domain. It took me well over an hour to type it out in such a way that he would be able to understand. I explained every step of the process(es) in terms of emails and websites. I explained that most of his 15 Domains are not with us but that we do control the DNS on some of them. His response was:"If I get the details, you will be able to sort it out." 𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗢𝗢𝗢𝗢𝗢𝗢𝗢𝗢

       @dick_turpin Poor you, having to approach the domain holder and say "Your customer isn't happy with your management of his/her domains and wants you to transfer them to us!". Good luck. 😆
